Registration fees
Please choose the appropriate registration fee.
The early fee is to be paid till 30.06.2019. After this date, only the late fee will be accepted.

Basic fee includes: conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch.

Full fee includes: conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, conference dinner (26.10.2019).

Student fee does not refer to doctoral students.

PLEASE NOTE: participants who chose the student fee are obliged to present their valid student ID at the registration desk during the conference.
In case of not presenting student ID, a participant will be asked to pay the difference between the student fee and the regular fee.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing to: For cancellations received by 30.09.2019 the full amount will be refunded. After this date no refunds will be possible.

Available methods of payment:
1. By card (on-line payment)
After logging in to the registration system click Pay on-line 
Tick the registration fee and click Pay on-line. You will be automatically transferred to the payment system.
2. By bank transfer
After logging in to the registration system click Edit registration fees.
Choose the Payments and invoices tab. You will find there bank transfer data.
The bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference name: CCPL.
In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.
Invoice preferences
Participants who need the invoice for registration fee should choose YES and complete the invoice data in the system:
1. Please give all invoice data. If your invoice data is the same as the institution data given before during registration, you can clik Copy institution”s data button.
2. After filling in all required information, click Accept button.
3. Choose proper fees from the list on the right by clicking Add.
4. Click Continue.
The invoice will be issued as soon as we receive the payment.
A note for the Jagiellonian University affiliates
The employees and students of the Jagiellonian University should not provide invoice data in the registration system.
Instead, they should email a request for issuing an accounting note (“nota wewnętrzna”) to
The request should contain: participant name, the name of a university unit (faculty, institute) and its address.
